Michael Pabon Sr. has over 25 years working with advanced material fenestration, energy and green industry. Accomplishments include marketing and consulting for industry leaders such as Chevron Texaco, Cummins Metropower, Superseal/Veka Windows, Bamstar, C-Town, Ellis USA, Akam Associates and others. Michael is passionate about creating new renewable energy products for disaster relief and affordable housing.

Michael Andrew Pabon is a Penn State University Alumnus(Class of 2017). J.D. Candidate (Class of 2020). Michael plans on embarking on a multifaceted approach to his law career through multiple fields of law; Sports/Entertainment and Real Estate Law. While at Penn State, Michael established the first collegiate chapter of Millennial Energy Project bringing students together from all over the world to begin the chapter's clean energy initiative.

Kaitlyn O'Neill is a Penn State University Alumna(Class of 2017). Kaitlyn is pursuing a PhD in Neuroscience, and is an avid philanthropist/advocate for multiple causes. Some of which include: Child Hunger/Food Insecurity, Interventions for at-risk Youth, and Homelessness. O'Neill is proud and grateful to be working for MEP to further their reach, mission and voice in the Social Media Universe.
Robert Cofresi is a current undergrad at Penn State University(Class of 2020) Majoring in Information Sciences & Technology. Robert is honored to be among the first official MEP Collegiate Ambassadors. Robert is the Current President of the MEP Penn State University Chapter, allowing him to combine and showcase his passion for clean energy and his charismatic leadership abilities. Cofresi is proud of his role with MEP and continues to drive the Penn State Chapter on their mission of promoting the importance of renewable energy throughout campus and communities.
Mahesh Pravin Pai

Mahesh Pravin Pai is a current undergrad at Penn State University(Class of 2018) Majoring in Geosciences and Minoring in Economics. He is a member of the Triathlon Team & the Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity. He has conducted field research in the states of Alaska and Pennsylvania. He intends to advance his career in the fields of Energy & Sustainability by acquiring knowledge and experience through Millennial Energy Project. Pai is eager to assist in leading the forefront of what MEP stands for.
Ryan Pabon
GEN Z Initiatives
Ryan Pabon is a 8th Grader at St. Benedict's Elementary School. Ryan has a passion for improving the environment and his community. Ryan created a low voltage LED device currently being re-designed for deployment to Puerto Rico. Ryan's urban compost project won his annual science fair (which can be found on youtube.com). Ryan has since won three years consecutively. A sincere and dedicated advocate for our sustainability movement. Ryan's low voltage emergency LED kit is part of our "MEP Incremental Energy" initiative.
